CleanLongBeach is an independent community project and is not operated by or affiliated with the City of Long Beach.
Use of the site
By using CleanLongBeach you agree to follow the Community Guidelines and User Policy, submit only lawful photographs of public spaces, and understand that approved images and AI-generated descriptions become publicly visible historical observations.
This platform does not create official City service requests. Call 911 for emergencies.
User-generated content
Reports, flags, removal requests, and related content may be submitted by community members. CleanLongBeach does not guarantee that user-submitted content is accurate, complete, current, lawful, safe, or free from misleading information. A report is not proof that any person, property owner, business, government agency, or organization caused or is responsible for a condition.
Pickup offers and drivers
Users may post pickup offers with a location, preferred pickup window, and offer amount. Drivers may choose to book open offers, but CleanLongBeach is not a hauling company, broker, employer, insurer, disposal provider, or payment provider. Users and drivers are responsible for their own agreements, access decisions, safety, timing, pricing, equipment, licensing, insurance, disposal compliance, taxes, and communications.
Payment capture, holding, release, refunds, and driver payouts are not active unless a supported payment processor is configured and shown in the product flow.
No warranties or liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CleanLongBeach, its operators, administrators, contributors, service providers, and related businesses are not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, decisions, injuries, claims, or consequences arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, inaccurate or misleading posts, map locations, delayed moderation, unavailable service, email delivery issues, or user-submitted content.
Moderation
CleanLongBeach may hide, remove, preserve, or restrict content and accounts at its discretion for privacy, safety, legal, operational, or community reasons. Removal requests are reviewed, but removal is not guaranteed.
