Account data
We store your email, display name, and account status when you register.
Location processing
When you submit a report, we process GPS coordinates to validate the Long Beach service area. Public map coordinates may be reduced in precision. We do not treat the report location as your home address.
Image processing
Submitted images may be analyzed by server-side AI providers for moderation, category selection, and neutral descriptions. Approved images are published publicly.

Retention & removal
Approved observations remain as historical records unless removed. You may delete your own publications, and administrators may hide or remove content when needed.
